Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Organizational Change Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing organizational change related to the implementation of a new platform, ensuring effective adoption and proficiency across stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities
- Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities, including communication strategy and training workstreams
- Assess organizational readiness and develop strategies to promote change adoption while identifying and managing resistance
- Engage project stakeholder groups and support their change management and training needs, tracking implementation readiness and escalating risks as necessary
Required qualifications
- Experience with organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci
- Proven ability to develop and oversee communication plans and training programs
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and managing change impact assessments
- Experience in evaluating organizational readiness through assessments and surveys
- Ability to serve as a strategic thought-partner to project leadership teams
