Organizational Development Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the design and delivery of learning initiatives, the full-time Organizational Development Analyst will manage training content, assist with learning systems, and enhance the learner experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gather stakeholder input
- Develop and maintain training content, including eLearning and video modules
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Workday Learning
- Experience with Articulate Rise or similar content creation tools
- Exposure to group facilitation or change management is a plus
