Organizational Development Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with leaders and HR stakeholders, the full-time Organizational Development Consultant will diagnose organizational needs and design effective solutions to enhance business performance, operating remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex organization effectiveness engagements from intake through sustainment, applying a whole-system perspective
• Conduct assessments to identify root causes and recommend appropriate interventions for organizational challenges
• Design and facilitate interventions that improve leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and organizational change readiness

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in organizational development or related fields
• Strong understanding of organization design and workforce planning principles
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with a focus on outcomes and stakeholder needs
• Experience in facilitating complex discussions and guiding leadership teams through decision-making processes
• Relevant advanced degree or certification in organizational development, psychology, or a related discipline
