Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support Learning & Development initiatives, the fully remote Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist will create content, coordinate projects, and enhance communication strategies while engaging with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design professional development and leadership training programs
• Coordinate multiple large-scale projects while managing relationships with external partners and internal clients
• Adapt instructional materials for diverse adult learning audiences and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
• Demonstrated experience in creating professional development programs
• Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
