Managing strategic organizing initiatives, the full-time salaried Organizing Campaign Director will develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, collaborate with local unions, and oversee campaign operations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and managing multi-component campaign strategies while coordinating with local unions
- Overseeing campaign execution, including data management and digital organizing strategies
- Staffing and managing campaign teams, including budget administration and strategic resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of external labor organizing experience or a combination of eight years external and two years internal labor organizing experience
- At least eight years of campaign planning and management experience with interdisciplinary teams
- A minimum of seven years of supervisory or team management experience
- Ability to analyze key factors for campaign strategy development
- Knowledge of digital platforms and tools for organizing campaigns
