Oromo AI Evaluator

Job Summary

As a contracted Oromo AI Evaluator, the entry-level position will focus on testing and evaluating AI chatbots by interacting with various models to enhance their capabilities, all while working remotely and setting your own hours.

Key responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations using assigned goals and prompts
• Engage in voice-based interactions with AI models, providing feedback and insights based on recorded sessions
• Submit deliverables, including write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings, as specified in project guidelines

Required qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Oromo, as spoken in Ethiopia
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet
• Able to pass a language proficiency assessment and AI evaluation task
