Orthopedic Clinical Advisor

Job Summary

To support product development and implementation in outpatient orthopedics, the full-time Orthopedic Clinical Advisor will leverage extensive clinical experience to ensure workflows are operationally effective and aligned with patient safety while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, representing outpatient musculoskeletal care delivery models and workflows
• Engage with healthcare professionals through site visits and virtual interactions to support product discovery and validation
• Translate clinical requirements into actionable guidance for product management and design teams

Required qualifications

• Clinical degree and active or prior clinical licensure/certification in a relevant healthcare profession
• Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, physical medicine, or sports medicine
• Experience using ambulatory orthopedic or rehab therapy EHR systems in clinical workflows
• Demonstrated understanding of specialty-specific workflows and documentation needs
• Active or previously active clinical licensure/certification in a musculoskeletal or orthopedic discipline
