Job Summary
Driving a team focused on OSHA compliance, the full-time Manager - OSHA & Related Products will supervise hiring, training, and performance management while working remotely to ensure adherence to corporate policies and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workloads, performance, and compliance for direct reports and supervisors
- Drive OSHA compliance and best practice reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate policies
- Utilize performance evaluation tools to proactively resolve service issues and define team goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma with 12 years of related claims experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
