OSINT Specialist with TS/SCI Clearance

Job Summary

To support the development and delivery of OSINT training and exercises, the full-time OSINT Training, Exercise, and Engagement Specialist with TS/SCI Clearance will design scenario-based training, facilitate educational sessions, and coordinate with military and government stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop realistic OSINT scenarios for training environments and design scenario-based training incorporating defined learning outcomes
• Deliver OSINT instruction and facilitate exercises, capturing lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training content is current and aligned with organizational requirements

Required qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in OSINT activities, training, or curriculum development
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSINT methodologies and intelligence oversight considerations
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing digital training content
