OSP Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support for outside plant projects, the full-time Specialist - OSP Analyst will monitor and audit material shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with administrative tasks related to construction efforts, all while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track Bill of Materials (BOM) for construction projects, ensuring accurate material receipt and monitoring damaged goods
• Utilize internal GIS and material platforms to manage inventory levels and reconcile construction material quantities
• Maintain documentation and records critical for business operations, supporting audits and financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 1+ years of utility construction and/or engineering experience
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in telecommunications is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
