OSP Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential project support, the full-time Specialist - OSP Analyst will manage bill of materials submissions, track inventory and shipments, and assist with administrative tasks related to outside plant construction projects, all while working remotely with a preference for candidates near Appleton, Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track bill of materials (BOM) for construction project procurement and monitor shipment conditions
• Utilize internal systems to manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for material disposal, transfer, or recycling and maintain critical documentation for audits and financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 1+ years of utility construction and/or engineering experience
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• 1+ years of telecommunications experience is preferred
