OSP Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support for outside plant projects, the full-time Specialist - OSP Analyst will monitor and audit material shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in administrative tasks related to construction efforts, all while working remotely with a preference for candidates near Appleton, Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track Bill of Materials (BOM) for construction projects, ensuring accurate procurement and monitoring of shipments
• Utilize internal GIS and material platforms to manage construction material quantities and maintain inventory levels
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and reporting related to outside plant build status and financial operations

Required qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 1+ years of utility construction and/or engineering experience
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry practices
• Project management experience or exposure is preferred
