OSP Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time OSP Designer, the position will focus on supporting large-scale telecommunications projects for both OSP Fiber and Copper Networks, requiring site visits, network design, and collaboration with project teams, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete site visits and develop cost-efficient fiber/copper network route designs according to customer specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce required documentation and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage engineering quality and compliance with design specifications while identifying and resolving design issues

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of OSP Design engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience performing QC review on OSP Design packages
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD and GIS platforms
• Sound knowledge of fiber optic and copper network deployment principles
