Job Summary
Leading a collaborative coalition of out-of-school time providers, the full-time salaried Out-of-School Time Network Assistant Manager will coordinate equitable access to enrichment programs for 6th-8th grade students and families, primarily based onsite at the Cambridge Public Schools Central Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee case management processes to connect students with out-of-school time (OST) programs
- Lead collaborations to identify middle school students and families needing OST resources
- Build and maintain partnerships across the youth-serving ecosystem to support case management efforts and engage families
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience with public school districts or community-based organizations
- Proven track record working with middle-grade youth and families in diverse urban communities
- Experience with data collection, program evaluation, and documentation
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration platforms
