Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Outbound Call Center Care Support Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to educate patients about preventive health screenings and encourage their participation in important health programs.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings
- Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service
- Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Experience or interest in working in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and conduct consultative conversations
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
