Outbound Caller

Job Summary

To support a new service line, the part-time Outbound Caller will follow up with homeowners who have received proposals, converting warm leads into sales while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review unsold demo details, including proposals and homeowner concerns, to prepare for follow-up calls
• Engage with homeowners through calls, texts, and emails, maintaining a consistent follow-up schedule
• Document homeowner responses and outcomes in the CRM to ensure accurate records and support team learning

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly via phone, text, and email
• Experience in asking direct questions and handling rejection effectively
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on meticulous note-taking and process adherence
• Ability to quickly learn new products and software
• Prior sales experience is welcome but not required
