Outbound Customer Care Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Outbound Customer Care Specialist will make outbound calls to thank and support volunteers, assist with fundraising activities, and establish ongoing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make routine outbound calls to thank donors and welcome volunteers while assisting with events
- Establish ongoing support relationships and educate volunteers on fundraising aspects
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on previous calls using multiple software programs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for at least six months in customer interaction
- Ability to multitask while navigating several software programs and the Internet
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including typing accuracy
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT
