Outbound Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Proactively engaging patients, the full-time Outbound Engagement Associate will support scheduling, issue resolution, and improved access to care through phone calls, text messages, and email, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with patients to address inquiries, resolve issues, process payments, and educate on insurance matters
• Document patient interactions and resolutions accurately in medical charts and tracking tools
• Assist with targeted outreach initiatives during provider schedule changes and when new providers need support filling appointments

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer service, or healthcare office role
• Comfort communicating professionally with patients via phone, email, and text
• Experience with EMR or similar patient tracking tools is preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new platforms
