Connecting with potential patients through high-volume outreach, the part-time Outbound Enrollment Specialist will guide individuals into a health program focused on medication adherence and lifestyle changes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with patient prospects via phone, text, and email to introduce services and facilitate enrollment
- Utilize listening skills to identify patient needs and match them with appropriate programs and services
