Job Summary
As a full-time Outbound Enrollment Specialist working remotely, the candidate will manage high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into services, educate them on available resources, and achieve enrollment goals while providing empathetic support and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to inform and educate patients about Pomelo Care services and resources
- Achieve member enrollment goals based on company KPIs
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of patient outreach activities
Required qualifications
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
- Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with Medicaid health plans is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
