Outbound Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

To enhance patient engagement, the full-time Outbound Patient Services Representative will make outbound calls to schedule medical appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate patient information in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule and reschedule medical appointments while ensuring high-quality patient care
• Interact with callers to determine their needs and provide accurate information regarding appointments and procedures
• Record patient information in the CRM and coordinate urgent requests, reporting any issues to the Contact Center Leader

Required qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 3+ years of Contact Center or Customer Service experience required
• Entry-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Contact Center experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Previous experience with eClinical Works electronic medical records software is a plus
