To convert interested storage customers into completed rentals, the full-time Outbound Sales Agent will engage prospective clients through timely follow-up and effective sales conversations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Convert assigned leads into completed rentals, aiming for a 75% conversion target through proactive outreach
- Contact newly assigned leads within 3 minutes and maintain structured follow-up until rental completion
- Promote AutoPay enrollment and Protection Plan participation on at least 90% of completed rentals
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of call center sales experience or 2 years in the self-storage industry with a focus on sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with measurable results
- Experience with CRM systems and property management software; storEDGE experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; additional college education preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
