Job Summary
Analyzing program outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time Outcomes Analyst will handle complex analysis projects and lead other analysts while working remotely within the continental United States, preferably from Ohio.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and monitor outcomes dashboards and scorecards, identifying trends based on results
- Recommend and implement action plans based on program outcomes, conducting regular assessments to ensure program requirements are met
- Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and conduct presentations to stakeholders to enhance program performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access
