Job Summary

To support efficient healthcare operations, the full-time Outpatient Coder II will review and code outpatient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and coding outpatient medical records for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and coding queries
• Staying updated on coding guidelines and regulations to maintain coding integrity

Required qualifications:

• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of outpatient coding experience
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
