Job Summary
Managing and motivating a team of outreach specialists, the full-time Outreach and Engagement Manager will drive enrollment and activation KPIs through effective coaching and supervision, working remotely during evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists, providing training and coaching to achieve enrollment KPIs
- Analyze outreach performance metrics to identify trends and improve key KPIs, including enrollments and customer acquisition cost
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines in all outreach activities while fostering a supportive team environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or a related field
- Proven experience in healthcare management, particularly in outbound calling and proactive outreach
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
