Outreach and Policy Manager

Job Summary

To facilitate the development and deployment of research-related training and policies, the full-time Outreach and Policy Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, manage training programs, and create engaging content for communication, while working onsite in Boston with eligibility for alternative work locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and partner with stakeholders to design and deliver effective research administration training
• Ensure research-related policies are current and effectively communicated to all stakeholders
• Develop engaging content for websites and newsletters to enhance communication across the research compliance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, education, or project management
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 4-6 years in grants administration
• 1-2 years of training and development experience, potentially concurrent with grants administration
• Knowledge of grants administration, communications, and instructional design
• Experience with learning management systems and video design/development is preferred
