Job Summary
Connecting with K-6 schools, the part-time hourly Book Blast Outreach Specialist will introduce the Book Blast program, coordinate Zoom presentations for school leaders, and support efforts to build home libraries for students.
Key responsibilities
- Call and email school contacts to schedule presentations with decision-makers
- Confirm attendance, manage calendar invites, and handle rescheduling efficiently
- Log activities and insights in HubSpot to improve outreach strategies
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working remotely for at least one year
- Experience calling into K-8 schools is preferred
