Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

As the first point of connection for cancer survivors, the remote Outreach Specialist will engage eligible patients through outbound calls, guide them in scheduling their first appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to eligible cancer survivors to introduce OncoveryCare and assist in scheduling care
• Prepare patients for visits by providing necessary information and tech support for their first appointment
• Manage patient communication, including sending appointment confirmations and follow-up emails

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, sales, or care coordination role
• Warm, professional, and empathetic phone presence
• Comfort with cold-calling and high-volume outreach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savviness with tools such as EHRs, CRMs, and patient communication platforms
