Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of a geriatric care team, the full-time Outreach Specialist will engage with prospective and existing patients through inbound and outbound calls, schedule in-home wellness visits, and provide information about WellBe's services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs and provide answers to their questions regarding WellBe's services
• Support the in-home care team by delivering essential information to enhance patient engagement and care

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college or an Associate's Degree preferred
• At least three years of outbound call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Medicare beneficiaries
• Proficiency in call center software and basic Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
