Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

Proactively engaging with patients, the full-time remote Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce Motion MSK, answer inquiries, and guide patients through their musculoskeletal care journey while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted patients and manage multiple outreach attempts within defined SLAs
• Build trust with patients through active listening and personalized education, converting them into care solutions
• Maintain clear documentation and track patient outreach status, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare, patient services, or similar patient-facing environments
• Experience in high-volume call environments, particularly with outbound outreach responsibilities
• Ability to follow structured workflows while exercising sound judgment in real-time conversations
• Strong consultative conversation skills, with the ability to navigate challenging discussions with empathy
