Job Summary
To support clients in the Denver, Aurora, Thornton, and Northglenn areas, the full-time Outside Property Claim Associate will manage 1st party property claims while receiving comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and handle 1st party property claims for insureds and agents
- Receive training in claim handling and customer service from experienced professionals
- Develop skills to progress toward full claims handling responsibility after completing the training program
Required qualifications
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned territory at personal expense
- Completion of a comprehensive training program lasting 9-12 months
- Ability to work remotely while managing claims at various residential and commercial locations
