Job Summary

Managing and settling 1st party property claims, the remote Outside Property Claim Representative will perform in-person inspections at residential and commercial properties in the Binghamton, NY area while ensuring efficient and professional service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, evaluate, negotiate, and settle property claims in a timely manner
• Conduct in-person inspections at customers' residences and properties to assess damages
• Collaborate with insureds and representatives to resolve claims efficiently and professionally

Required qualifications

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory at own expense
• Experience in property claims handling or a related field
• Strong understanding of property insurance policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using mobile technology and software related to claims processing
