Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for renting and selling a diverse line of portable climate control equipment, the full-time Outside Sales Representative will work remotely to cultivate existing accounts and develop new business within the assigned territory, collaborating closely with various divisions to provide comprehensive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters to commercial customers, contractors, and event companies
• Cultivate relationships with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to maximize customer penetration and provide turn-key solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the equipment rental or HVAC industry
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience
• Current/valid driver's license in good standing and proof of auto insurance
• Experience in project management, new business development, and customer retention
• Proven sales track record in a solution-selling approach
