Overnight Veterinary Care Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting pet families during emotional times, the full-time Overnight Veterinary Care Coordinator will provide compassionate customer service and coordinate in-home veterinary appointments during the 10 PM-6 AM shift in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from pet families and provide support during end-of-life conversations
- Schedule in-home veterinary appointments and explain services offered by the organization
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with veterinarians and internal team members
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service, veterinary reception, or healthcare scheduling
- Compassion and emotional intelligence when assisting grieving families
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn various cloud-based systems
- Dependable attendance and punctuality for the overnight shift
- Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is a plus
