Job Summary
Managing day-to-day client needs, the full-time P&C Licensed Surety Specialist will handle bond requests, billing issues, and client communications while supporting Producers and Account Executives in a team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client requests for bonds and address billing issues
- Communicate with underwriters regarding bond approvals and account status
- Gather and analyze information from prospective clients for bond reviews
Required qualifications
- P&C licensed with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
- Insurance-related professional designations are highly desirable
- Proficient in using EPIC and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to participate in surety industry events
