P2P Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and technically skilled, the full-time remote P2P Systems Administrator will manage the optimization and maintenance of Procure-to-Pay technology, serving as a key resource for Accounts Payable and Procurement teams while ensuring compliance and system integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the P2P technology stack, including user provisioning, role assignments, and system health monitoring
- Support technical setup, configuration, and testing for new P2P software applications and platform upgrades
- Partner with business leadership to identify process inefficiencies and recommend technical solutions for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration or related technical operations role
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software platforms such as ERP, procurement, or payment systems
- Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux operating systems and SQL databases
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system implementations
