PA Licensed Associate Managing Director

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services organization, the full-time salaried PA Licensed Associate Managing Director will drive advisor growth, development, and retention, while collaborating closely with the Managing Director and recruiting partners to attract experienced financial advisors and enhance their business practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in advisor growth and acquisition by building relationships with prospective advisors and teams, influencing their decision-making to join the firm
• Provide leadership and coaching to advisors, helping them improve productivity and achieve growth goals through expert guidance in financial planning and business development
• Oversee advisor onboarding and retention processes, ensuring successful transitions and addressing challenges to maximize advisor engagement and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, or advisor recruiting is required
• Proven success in recruiting and attracting experienced financial advisors
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and advisor practice management
• Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health insurance license; Series 7 and 66 registrations preferred
