PA Licensed Auto Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote PA Licensed Auto Liability Adjuster, the candidate will investigate, evaluate, and resolve personal auto liability claims while managing an assigned inventory from initial investigation through resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate auto liability claims by reviewing statements, police reports, and other supporting documentation
• Make timely liability decisions and document the rationale in the claim file
• Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, and other involved parties while adhering to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of auto liability claims handling experience; 5 or more years preferred
• Active adjuster licenses in applicable states or the ability to obtain required licenses
• Demonstrated experience investigating auto accidents and making liability determinations
• Working knowledge of negligence and personal auto liability claim handling
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office
