Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time contract PA Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will apply advanced medical knowledge to evaluate treatment plans, collaborate with providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely from Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize medical criteria to assess the appropriateness of treatment plans and services
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify medical needs and facilitate discharge planning
• Document all key functions and maintain accurate data entry in compliance with Care Management policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Behavioral Health clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Active PA Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN
• Experience in Behavioral Health utilization management is preferred
• Knowledge of medical management and precertification processes
• BSN is a preferred qualification
