PA Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing complex general liability and premises liability litigation claims, the full-time PA Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to ensure timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority limits
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including 3 years of litigation experience
• Home State License required
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements related to claims
