Job Summary

To support a growing Telehealth/Virtualist On-Demand Urgent Care team, the part-time PA Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual patient evaluations, manage acute urgent care complaints, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations and manage acute urgent care complaints
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to diagnose conditions and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
• Document all telehealth encounters in the EMR, ensuring compliance with telehealth standards

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree (NP or PA)
• Family Medicine-boarded NP or PA
• ER or Urgent Care clinical experience
• Active licensure in PA, NJ, and DE
• Active PA DEA
