PA Licensed Transaction Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a team of Work Dynamics clients, the full-time remote PA Licensed Transaction Analyst will conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence activities to facilitate complex commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to support transaction recommendations
- Prepare offering memoranda, investment summaries, and presentation materials for client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis
- PA Real Estate Salesperson License is necessary; candidates must obtain it within 6 months if not already licensed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
