Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract-to-direct basis, the full-time Palantir Support Engineer will provide advanced technical support for enterprise Palantir Foundry environments, focusing on production maintenance, debugging, and architecture stability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for defense clients using Palantir Foundry or Foundation environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including source code analysis and bug fixes
- Maintain production data pipelines, platform workflows, and assist with platform governance and infrastructure optimization
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or Foundation in production environments
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, or platform engineering
- At least 2 years of proficiency in tools or languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, or Palantir ontology models
