Palo Alto Networks Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Palo Alto Networks Solution Engineer, the successful candidate will design, implement, and migrate Palo Alto solutions while serving as a senior technical authority and advancing the maturity of the Palo Alto practice through standards development and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Palo Alto Networks solutions for enterprise and data center customers, including next-generation firewalls and cloud security services
• Assume end-to-end ownership of projects, managing timelines, conducting design workshops, and producing comprehensive engagement documentation
• Advance practice maturity by developing delivery standards, training engineers, and creating new service offerings in alignment with evolving vendor portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in network security engineering, with at least three years focused on Palo Alto Networks
• Proficiency in PAN OS, including security policy management and high availability design
• Experience administering Panorama at scale and familiarity with Strata Cloud Manager
• Strong data center networking fundamentals, including BGP, OSPF, and virtualization platforms
• Demonstrated customer-facing skills, including the ability to present and defend technical designs
