Job Summary
Supporting 24x7 SOC operations remotely, the Palo Alto XSIAM Specialist will enhance security playbooks, improve detection engineering capabilities, and accelerate security investigations while contributing to Palo Alto Networks alliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 24x7 SOC operations, including Managed Security Services and Incident Response
- Enhance SOC playbooks and runbooks to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and enhance SOC dashboards and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks XSIAM
- Experience supporting SOC operations and incident response
- Ability to develop technical accelerators for customer environments
- Experience with detection engineering and enhancing security playbooks
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
