Job Summary
Supporting the Product Compliance function in a remote capacity, the full-time Paralegal will assist attorneys with compliance matters related to UKG's products and services, manage regulatory documentation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely compliance deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys on compliance matters related to UKG products and services
- Conduct legal and regulatory research, summarize findings, and maintain organized records
- Support the maintenance of regulatory filings, licensing materials, and compliance documentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal operations role
- Strong AI literacy and technology skills for legal and compliance tools
- Experience with regulatory tracking and compliance program documentation
- Ability to conduct legal research and summarize requirements effectively
- Experience supporting product-facing legal teams in a regulated environment
