Combining legal expertise with customer engagement, the full-time remote Paralegal Customer Success will manage legal drafting, provide customer service support, and assist with technical setup for clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents tailored to customer requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure their requests are handled promptly and accurately
- Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and our services
