Parking Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Working Manager in Parking Operations, the candidate will oversee all aspects of parking services including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, while managing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees to enhance operational efficiency
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while managing expenses
• Manage client relationships and address customer complaints to maintain high service standards

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in the parking, customer service, or hospitality industries
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll processes
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP
