Part-Time Admissions Reader
Job Summary
Supporting the Undergraduate Admissions Staff, the part-time Admissions Reader will evaluate first-year applications for both domestic and international students remotely, working 20-40 hours per week from mid-October through mid-March.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of applicant information, including academic criteria, activities, essays, and recommendations
- Support the preparation of files for the transfer review process
- Engage in additional optional projects based on evaluation and selection needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of related experience
- Familiarity with high school transcripts and curricula, both domestic and international, preferred
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and weekly numerical targets for files read
- Must have a private computer and reliable internet access for conducting file reviews
