Part-Time Assistant Faculty
Job Summary
To support the online undergraduate WRK100: Preparing for the Future of Work class, the part-time Assistant Faculty will engage with students, manage communications, and assist with grading and feedback, requiring evening and weekend availability.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze student activity and respond based on training and lead instructor input
- Assist in managing student communications and escalating unique issues to the lead instructor
- Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials as directed by the lead instructor
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or a related field is required
- Professional experience in the field of business is required
- Previous teaching experience is required; online teaching experience is preferred
- Ability to work a defined number of hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning
